Upon completion of the BPT program includes a mandatory 6-month clinical internship after the completion of the 4-year course. Graduates are prepared to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, sports clinics, and private practices, where they play a crucial role in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.

Admission Eligibility

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as the main subjects.
  • The minimum required percentage of marks is 50% for general category candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  • Minimum age is 17 years and maximum age is 30 years as of 31st December of the year of admission.

Modules

The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T.) is a four‑year undergraduate program followed by a six‑month compulsory internship, designed to train students in physiotherapy practice, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal care.

In the initial semesters, students study Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biomechanics, and Psychology, which provide the scientific foundation for physiotherapy. As the program progresses, modules such as Exercise Therapy, Electrotherapy, Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology are introduced to develop clinical expertise.
